By accessing or using ApexChain Analytics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Services Description

ApexChain Analytics provides blockchain forensics analysis, cryptocurrency tracing, and recovery assistance services. We do not guarantee recovery of any lost or stolen funds. Our services include investigation, analysis, and coordination with exchanges and law enforcement — not direct access to or control of any blockchain.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you represent that you are legally authorized to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction and that all funds associated with your case are legally yours.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
• One person may not have multiple accounts
• You may not share your account or credentials with others

4. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure is success-based: 25% of recovered funds. No upfront fees are charged. Fees are payable only upon successful recovery. The fee percentage may be adjusted for complex cases, and any variation will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Withdrawal fees of 25% apply to all fund withdrawals. Funds deposited for recovery evaluation are non-refundable if investigation work has been completed, regardless of outcome.

5. No Guarantees

IMPORTANT: We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the recovery of any funds. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Success depends on factors including blockchain network, exchange cooperation, and law enforcement assistance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using our services for money laundering or illegal activities
• Providing false information about the origin or ownership of funds
• Attempting to recover funds belonging to others without authorization
• Interfering with our systems or other users
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexChain Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and methodology of ApexChain Analytics is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
